Anouska and Jenny are the dream team who are here to raise the service game in Ireland.
Their mission is to shine a light on those excelling in service and explore the reasons for their success and gain an insight into how they deliver excellent service in a time of change including topics such as brain drain, housing crisis, cost of living crisis, attracting and retaining talent and much more.
This is more than just about tea and cake!
Meet Our Founders
Jenny Conlon Cooper
Jenny is no stranger to the world of podcasting and created the award-winning Ladies who Launch podcast at Dublin City Fm. Jenny holds a Masters in International Journalism and has 20 years experience working in the industry. Jenny has written for Irish publications such as RTÉ, journal.ie and previously a hosted a live radio show called Girls Talk Back on Dublin City Fm.
Jenny moved to London and used her creative flair interviewing many legends including Kate Adie, Liz Earle, Monica Galetti and our own Irish Queen Laura Whitmore.
Jenny loved London so much that she was once quoted in Time Out magazine saying, ‘If London was a man, I’d marry London’. Returning to Ireland in 2022 with her husband (not called London!) Jenny was keen to continue her career in her home town and shine on a light in media once more.
Jenny’s passion is running and in 2025 she will complete her 4th marathon. Anyone that knows Jenny knows that running keeps her pumped and full of ideas. She brings so much to the table and we cannot wait for her to unleash this talent in the podcast world once more.
Anouska Kemple
Anouska is a HR professional with a BSC in Social Pyschology, paired with over 20 years experience in Irish and UK employment law. But Anouska is far from ordinary! She is extroverted, brazen as they come and you will have a hard time getting a word in!
Anouska is passionate about people and has a real bee in her bonnet about good service!
Anouska returned to Ireland in 2022 after 12 years abroad to be closer to her Dad and dedicate more time to her little girl out of the rat race and is now entering the digital world of Podcasts.
Her gutsy attitude, along with her people experience and approachability gives her an edge in a new fresh environment. Anouska will talk to anyone and wants to talk to everyone! Pleaseee get on our podcast and try to shut her up!
